ICMS: a suite of functionalities made-to-mease for Belgian users
ICMS gives access to numerous tools which will be used by the Belgian authorities as part of the emergency planning effort and in managing exercises - so before the occurrence of an acutal emergency situation;
and to a number of tools for real time crisis management.
